Lysine-Agarose Gel 4B
Also known as: Lysine-Agarose Gel 4B
English Name: Lysine Sepharose 4B
Product Number: BQ2032
Brand: Bio-Raison
Transport: After removing the gel from a cold room or refrigerator, gently shake it at room temperature to avoid bubble formation, which could affect column efficiency.
Storage: Sealed storage at 2-8°C. After use, thoroughly rinse the resin with pure water and store it in 20% ethanol at 4°C.
Shelf Life: 1 year
Product Description:
Lysine is a basic amino acid and a structural analogue of ε-aminocaproic acid, an inhibitor of plasminogen activators. By coupling lysine to an activated resin, it can be used for affinity purification of plasminogen activators, plasminogen, and ribonucleoproteins.
