1. When the user receives the goods, the item number, packaging specifications, quantity, and appearance of the goods should be accepted according to the shipment box list, and properly stored according to the product storage requirements, if there is a wrong order, the wrong goods, etc., please ensure that the original package is not unwrapped, the customer should contact the salesman within 3 working days to apply for a return.


2. If the outer box is found damaged or deformed upon arrival, it can be unpacked for inspection on site. Please reject the packing if the inner parts are found missing, damaged or not in conformity with the packing list.


3. If the outer box is intact, and the product leakage, damage, empty bottle, few pieces and other problems are found after opening the box, please contact the customer service staff at the first time after signing for the receipt, and make claims or reissue the goods at the first time after confirmation by our company.
