Also known as: None
English Name: Blue Sepharose 6FF
Product Number: BQ2020
Brand: Bio-Raison
Transport: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place
Storage: 4-8°C
Shelf Life: 1 year
Product Description:
This product couples a blue dye to crosslinked and activated agarose gel, resulting in a resin with high chemical stability. The binding between the blue agarose gel and the target protein is primarily due to a combination of electronic pair interactions and hydrophobic effects provided by the ligand. This affinity chromatography medium is widely applicable for the purification and separation of albumin, interferon, α2-macroglobulin, clotting factors, and various enzymes requiring NAD and NADP.
