Heparin-Agarose Gel 6FF
Also known as: None
English Name: Heparin Sepharose 6FF
Product Number: BQ2023
Brand: Bio-Raison
Storage: 4-8°C
Shelf Life: 1 year
Product Description:
Heparin is a sulfated acidic polysaccharide, and when coupled to activated agarose gel, it exhibits high physical and chemical stability. Heparin can bind to biological macromolecules such as antithrombin III, coagulation factors, protein synthesis factors, lipoproteins, interferons, nucleic acid-binding proteins, restriction endonucleases, thrombin, and thrombin-like enzymes. Therefore, heparin-agarose gel can be used for the purification of these substances.
