Product Description:
Agarose Gel CL-4B is a bead-shaped gel prepared with 4% agarose concentration. It is produced by covalently crosslinking Agarose Gel 4B with 2,3-dibromopropanol under strong alkaline conditions. It has the same porosity as Agarose Gel 4B, with significantly enhanced thermal and chemical stability, making it suitable for industrial production. This medium is used for gel chromatography of biological macromolecules. It appears as a white, spherical gel, odorless and tasteless, with no visible impurities. This product features high chemical stability, high flow rate, good mechanical properties, and reusability, making it widely applicable for gel chromatography purification of proteins, nucleic acids, and peptides in biopharmaceutical and bioengineering downstream processes.
