Transportation: After removing the gel from a cold room or refrigerator, it is best to gently shake it to return it to room temperature before packing the column to avoid air bubbles that could affect column efficiency.
Storage: Store tightly sealed at 2-8°C. After use, thoroughly rinse the resin with pure water and store in 20% ethanol at 4°C.
Shelf Life: 1 year
Product Overview
Lysine is a basic amino acid and an analog of ε-aminocaproic acid, a fibrinolytic activator inhibitor. Therefore, coupling lysine to activated resins can be used for affinity purification of fibrinolytic activators, plasminogen, and ribonucleic protein ribonucleic acid.
