Product Description:
DEAE-Cellulose is a hydrophilic polymer with an average particle size of 50 μm. It is surface-grafted with large molecular sugars, providing a higher specific surface area and better biocompatibility. This allows for a higher loading capacity while maintaining improved resolution. Its large surface area shortens the equilibration and elution times. Even when purifying large macromolecules such as viruses and plasmids, its capacity remains stable. This product offers good physical and chemical stability, long service life, and is easy to operate.
Before use, it can be swollen with purified water. To remove impurities, wash several times until neutral.
